Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hybet ("hybet", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of hybet.co. hybet operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the hybet platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not use the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement
The hybet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. By registering an Account, you declare — under pain of legal liability — that you are 21 years of age or older.
hybet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any funds deposited will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed. Winnings accumulated on an underage Account are not payable and shall be forfeited.
2.2 Residency
The hybet platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling platforms is lawful under the laws applicable to your location. hybet makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any given time. The use of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent account restrictions, exploit bonus offers, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hybet will merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts at its sole discretion and may forfeit any balances associated with accounts opened in violation of this policy.
2.4 Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an Account, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and such other information as may be required during the KYC process. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Minors: If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has accessed or used the hybet platform, please contact support immediately at the address in Section 16. hybet cooperates fully with PAGCOR's minor protection programs and will investigate all reported incidents.
3. Account Security
3.1 Password and Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. hybet will never ask you for your password or OTP via live chat, email, or telephone. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
You must notify hybet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. hybet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account prior to your notification, provided that hybet has not been negligent in its own security obligations. Following notification, hybet will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, including a mandatory password reset.
3.3 Device Security
If you access the hybet platform from a shared or public device — including internet cafes, shared household computers, or borrowed smartphones — you acknowledge the additional security risks involved. hybet recommends using private devices and enabling 2FA on your Account. hybet is not liable for losses arising from insecure device usage by the Player.
4. KYC Verification
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended by RA 10365) and PAGCOR's Player Due Diligence requirements, hybet is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds.
4.1 Accepted Identification Documents
hybet accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC verification:
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
- Philippine Passport (current or recently expired within 1 year)
- Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- SSS or GSIS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID
- Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
4.2 Verification Timeline
KYC submissions are reviewed within twenty-four (24) business hours under standard processing conditions. Complex cases or documents requiring manual verification may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. hybet will notify you by email when your verification is complete or if additional documents are required.
4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may place bets and deposit funds but will be restricted from processing withdrawals. hybet reserves the right to suspend accounts where KYC documents have not been submitted within thirty (30) days of the first withdrawal request.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hybet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, 7-Eleven (via payment counters), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Deposits section of your Account dashboard.
5.2 Currency
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the hybet platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). hybet does not charge currency conversion fees. Transactions made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5.3 Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). hybet reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount by giving reasonable notice to Players.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed as follows:
- GCash and Maya: Typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes, available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
- InstaPay bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank): Typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to bank processing queues and scheduled downtime windows.
- USDT TRC20: Processed within one network confirmation, typically under ten (10) minutes.
Large withdrawals exceeding thresholds set by hybet may be subject to manual review, which may extend processing times. hybet will notify Players of any extended review period.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods or accounts in the same name as the registered hybet Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at hybet's discretion to cover payment processor costs.
5.6 Transaction Fees
hybet does not charge fees for standard withdrawals processed through its platform. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own standard transaction fees or limits. These third-party fees are outside hybet's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting
All bets placed on hybet are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. hybet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the Platform's part.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market. For slot games, spins from ₱1 are available. Live casino table minimums start at ₱200 per hand for most games. Sports betting and sabong markets have individual stake limits as displayed at the time of bet placement. hybet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
6.3 Void Bets
Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement due to a system error; (c) the bet was accepted at clearly erroneous odds (manifest error); or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bet determinations are made at hybet's sole discretion, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
6.4 Live Casino Games
Results of live dealer games hosted in the Astar Live lobby are determined by the physical outcome of the game (shuffle, spin, roll, draw) as administered by the on-camera dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, settled results will stand. If a disconnection prevents a result from being settled, the applicable game provider's void and settlement rules will apply.
6.5 Sabong
Online sabong markets on hybet are linked to live cockfighting events conducted at PAGCOR-licensed arenas. All fight results are determined by the arena's official referee (sentenciador) in accordance with standard Philippine sabong rules. hybet accepts no liability for the conduct, safety, or organization of physical sabong events. Bets on sabong markets are settled immediately upon the official result declaration.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
hybet offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 20× means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game category and are specified in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, using low-risk strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement (such as hedge betting across markets), or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional structures — is expressly prohibited. hybet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 hybet's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions
hybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time by providing reasonable notice to affected Players. Active bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the original promotion terms unless a modification is required due to legal or regulatory obligation, in which case affected Players will be notified as soon as practicable.
8. Responsible Gaming
8.1 hybet's Commitment
hybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing gambling-related harm in the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, hybet is legally required to implement and enforce responsible gaming measures and to cooperate with PAGCOR's responsible gaming oversight programs.
8.2 Player-Controlled Limits
Every registered hybet Account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available in the Account's Profile Settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when a predefined session duration has elapsed.
- Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, the Account is suspended for all gambling activity but remains accessible for balance enquiries and withdrawals.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days to 5 years) or permanently. Self-exclusion suspends all gambling access immediately and is irreversible during the chosen period. Requests for early reinstatement during a self-exclusion period will not be honoured.
8.3 hybet's Discretionary Limits
In addition to Player-initiated tools, hybet may, at its sole discretion and in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, impose account restrictions or initiate welfare checks where patterns of play indicate potential problem gambling. This may include account-level deposit limits, mandatory breaks, or temporary suspension pending a welfare review. hybet will communicate any discretionary restrictions to the affected Player promptly.
8.4 Third-Party Support
Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour or that of someone they know are encouraged to contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming program or seek assistance from qualified counselling services in the Philippines. hybet will provide relevant contact information upon request through the support team.
Remember: Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Always set a budget before you play, and never wager money that you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social difficulties in your life, please use hybet's self-exclusion tools or seek professional help.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hybet platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false age information to circumvent the age verification process.
- Operating more than one Account simultaneously, or registering a new Account after a prior Account has been suspended or closed for violations.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or systems. Any such discovery must be reported to hybet support immediately and may not be exploited for financial gain.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker variants, or any other multi-player game format available on the platform.
- Using the hybet platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (RA 9160, as amended).
- Abusing promotional offers in the manner described in Section 7.3 of these Terms.
- Providing fraudulent, forged, or otherwise false documentation during KYC verification or any other identity check conducted by hybet.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the hybet platform.
- Engaging in any conduct that hybet reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, harassing, or harmful toward hybet staff, support agents, or other Players.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the hybet platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hybet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
No part of the hybet platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of hybet. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
hybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.
hybet complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to hybet's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hybet's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hybet is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits or winnings; (c) losses resulting from Force Majeure events; (d) interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond hybet's reasonable control; or (e) losses arising from the Player's use of insecure devices or disclosure of login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hybet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
13. Suspension & Termination
13.1 Termination by Player
Players may close their hybet Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Self-excluded accounts cannot be closed during the exclusion period; Players must wait until the exclusion expires before closing the account.
13.2 Termination by hybet
hybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, receipt of a PAGCOR directive, or where hybet determines it is no longer able to offer services to the Player under applicable law or regulation. Upon closure for cause, hybet may withhold balances pending investigation and will cooperate with any relevant regulatory or law enforcement inquiry.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any individual transaction shall first be submitted to hybet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. hybet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through hybet's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Mediation and Adjudication process, which is the designated regulatory resolution pathway for disputes involving PAGCOR-licensed operators. Any matters not resolved through PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15. Amendments to These Terms
hybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR directive or applicable law, in which case they may take effect without prior notice.
Your continued use of the hybet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
